Dear All, It is said ‘Change is inevitable’ and so is the case for me today. It is really difficult to comprehend that 20 months have passed during my association with AST. I have moved out of Akebonosoft technologies two weeks ago to pursue a different career option. I've been busy in various personal and professional things for the past 2 weeks and I could not send the acknowledgement mail. Better late than never. It is a great pleasure knowing you and I remember the good times we shared and would like to thank all the people who have walked with me through my Akebono Journey. I am still at Hyderabad . Just sharing a few farewell thoughts-------- * Please be honest you may lose something, but remember that you are creating a better world. And you will in the long term(Believe me I am telling you this with 16 years of experience and Success) * Don't look for short term gains , you are spoiling the world(that includes you and your next generations) * Never even encourage dishonest action and don't laugh at individuals and thrash their efforts who are trying to change the world/system * Everybody(including me) --Please Sit, Relax and Think, how honest you are...forget about the world,,, and test your score in front of GOD * Be courageous(Courage stands Alone)
I wish you all a very happy and successful personal and professional life. I will not be accessing my Akebono mails and request you to keep in touch with this Id. Please keep in touch at my personal e-mail. The world is a very small place and I hope that our paths will cross some time in the future. When things go wrong as they sometimes will, when the road you're trudgin seems all uphill when the funds are low and the debts are high, and you want to smile ,but you have to sigh When care is pressing you down a bit, Rest, if you must-but DON'T YOU QUIT Thanks & Regards Srinivas Darbha, PMP, CISSP, 6Sigma Greenbelt & Esteem Professional, Competent Toastmaster and Leader "A good manager is a man who isn’t worried about his own career but rather the careers of those who work for him." – Henry S.M.
